Social-Emotional & Mental Health Support

We know that students do their best learning when they feel supported, safe, and emotionally healthy. That's why social-emotional wellness is a core part of our counseling program.

Our counselors work in partnership with Stanford therapists to provide students with access to mental health support on campus. Students also have access to our Well-Being Space, a dedicated area where they can decompress, reset, and access support during the school day.

In collaboration with our Advisory program, we help teach Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) curriculum that builds skills like self-awareness, resilience, and healthy relationships — skills students carry with them well beyond high school. Throughout the school year, we also offer a variety of mental health groups, giving students the chance to connect with peers, build coping strategies, and receive support in a small-group setting.

Our goal is to make sure every student has the tools and support they need to thrive — not just academically, but as a whole person.
